Day 33: Meh

I can't really remember what I did exactly on this particular day, but I don't think I went out anywhere exciting. I think I stayed home and continued writing my songs. A pretty 'meh' dayyyyyyayayay.

Day 1: Orientation

My fantasies of being seated next to a beautiful Australian on the flight and striking up a great relationship came to a screeching halt when I hurried on to the plane last and saw an empty seat near the back of the plane amongst a herd of about ten Chinese men in their 50's. I only mention Chinese part, not because I don't like them, but because I had a preconceived opinion of them being a little loud and personal space invading. A terrible generalisation, but one that proved to be right on the money or this instance at least. I felt too relaxed on the flight for my own liking. Day 4: New place

I had to check out of the backpackers at 10am. None of the girls were up at the time so I just checked myself out (lol) and caught a taxi to Alice's place. The taxi driver was pleasant and seemed interested in what I was doing there. He claimed that he wished to visit Auckland sometime. I moved into my new temporary home. Alice's apartment is small but it's homely. After I'd moved in I curiously went on my laptop for the small chance that there might be wifi available (Alice had already told me there wasn't). BUT MAN. I found in a small corner of my room there is an open channel called 'vensen' that I can go on and it's ALL G. I'm so happy about this. I'm using it RIGHT NOW. Thanks to the free wifi, I did nothing all day. Just sat in my bed and caught up on everything in the cyberworld.
