Day 4: New place
I had to check out of the backpackers at 10am. None of the girls were up at the time so I just checked myself out (lol) and caught a taxi to Alice's place. The taxi driver was pleasant and seemed interested in what I was doing there. He claimed that he wished to visit Auckland sometime.
I moved into my new temporary home. Alice's apartment is small but it's homely. After I'd moved in I curiously went on my laptop for the small chance that there might be wifi available (Alice had already told me there wasn't). BUT MAN. I found in a small corner of my room there is an open channel called 'vensen' that I can go on and it's ALL G. I'm so happy about this. I'm using it RIGHT NOW.
Thanks to the free wifi, I did nothing all day. Just sat in my bed and caught up on everything in the cyberworld.
The girls were all working 'til late again tonight but we'd agreed to go out because it was Cherri's last night of working. We went to her work (I left the apartment at just before 12am) and got a couple cheap drinks and then I walked 30 minutes back to the apartment. Solid.
So, not a very eventful day but here's a slight drunk sel-ca (very Korean) I took of myself in the lift when I came back at the end of the night lolZzzZ
New shoes that my cousins bought me from Korea!
